Angry Birds Space Now Available for Download! – Our favourite fuming feathery animals are back with a bang! Explosions are happening in outer space as Angry Birds rescue their eggs from yet another batch of nasty green egg-stealing pigs. Angry Birds Space was launched amongst great anticipation and excitement, and the newest installment of the famous Rovio game is available for download.

The newer out of this world version of Angry Birds is available for download on PCs (including the mac), Apple ( iPhone, iPad, iPod touch), Android and several other platforms.
The launch of Angry Birds Space was a huge strategically executed affair with merchandise (T-shirts, toys), books and animation (TV shows on Nickelodeon) available at the same time as the game download.
What is so fascinating about Angry Birds is the amalgamation of Physics and fun: earlier versions of the game used projectile motion while the newer space version uses the phenomenon of gravity (of nearby planets).
Mikael Hed, CEO of Rovio was extremely excited to launch an all new version of the beloved game. While speaking to the media he said: Angry Birds Space is Rovio at its best, this new version of the game is an entirely different and a great step for the team.

He said that the Rovio team was overjoyed and delighted at their new baby and they expect the same love from Angry Birds fans.
Angry Birds Space comes with 60 star studded levels and some free updates. The Android version of the outer space games is free whereas the other users will have to pay. iTunes versions are reportedly priced between £0.69 and £1.99.
Angry Birds is a success story in its own and this new installment is just another milestone achieved. Today Rovio is estimated to be worth £5.6 billion, and this is just the beginning. The makers of Angry Birds intend to integrate the game into pop culture permanently.
