Carly Rae Jepsen Sex Tape Scandal: Who isn’t aware of the ‘call me maybe’ girl? Carly Rae Jepsen made more fans than any other budding superstar this year – her single smashed the charts in a good (and somewhat bad) way as it was simultaneously the most applauded and parodied song of the year.
This girl rose to fame with parodied YouTube videos and memes, but now she’s getting famous for an even more inappropriate reason. Jepsen’s alleged sex tape and nude photos are spreading over the internet like wild fire and burning down her repute.
First, the nude photos made the rounds on web pages and eventually it turned out that the pictures were real. Despite Carly’s attempts to clarify herself (via tweeting and otherwise) she could not justify that the girl with pierced unmentionables was not her.
The matter took another severe turn when Carly Rae Jepson woke up one morning to find out that a sex tape with her name on it was making rounds of the World Wide Web. Carly tweeted a casual comment that very morning stating that someone is ‘claiming to be her’ and it is absolutely ridiculous.
The bitter truth however took some time to come out of the oven. According to TMZ the singer’s laptop was hacked some time ago and her personal data was stolen; this included personal photos and videos of the star.
After Scarlett Johansson faced terrible consequences of her phone being hacked, Jepsen’s life is also being taken by storm. It is an obvious thing that Jepsen’s electronic intruder will face the music just how Johansson’s intruder did – however the private data cannot be taken back from the internet and the young singer has a blotch for life.
Apparently Carly Rae Jepsen is taking this a little too well – the singer is enjoying in Sweden and appears trouble-free. The leaked video and photos could be real or vice versa, but what is important here that it is doing no damage to the rising fame of the ‘call me maybe’ star.
