Kesha Rose Photos and Bio: Kesha is a professional American singer, songwriter and rapper artist who shot to fame with her hit single ‘Tik Tok’. Kesha’s wacky and unique style is her distinguishing feature in the world of music. She is also a holder of many awards including MTV Europe Music Awards and Billboard Awards.

She was born as Kesha Rose Sebert on March 1, 1987 in Los Angeles, California. Kesha is the daughter of singer and songwriter Pebe Sebert, who raised her daughter and sons Lagan and Louis as a single mother.

Kesha went to school at Nashville’s Brentwood suburbs. As a young student Kesha did not fit in with her school fellows; according to her one of the reasons was her eccentric clothing style that can be seen till date. As a little girl Kesha went to the recording studios with her mother, and it was there that her singing talent was first discovered.

Kesha attended professional song writing classes and also learnt it from her mother Pebe. Kesha’s musical talent was polished further by her mother – they both co wrote songs together and Kesha would sings demos to her mother.

The song writer and singer performed in background vocals for many artists like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears. After some struggle, Kesha’s first studio album titled ‘Animal’ was released in 2010. One of her first singles ‘Tik Tok’ became a raging success in the song market and she became a star overnight. Tik Tok topped many charts and broke the record of Flo Rida’s ‘Right Round’ to get the title of Highest Single Week Sales. This record was later broken by a Taylor Swift single.

Her extended play album titled ‘Cannibal’ was also released in 2010. Kesha is known for her unique style since her debut – her music mainly involves yodeling, ‘video game music’ and the lyrics mostly speak of parties and alcoholism.

Kesha’s second album ‘Warrior’ is scheduled to release in December 2012.
